Chocolate Mint Cookies
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add rest of 1st set and beat well.
- Combine 2nd set and blend into mixture.
- Stir in chips.
- Spoon onto ungreased sheets (#40 scoop). Don’t use air-bakes. We use aluminum sheets.
- Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes for a soft cookie. Cookies will puff while baking and flatten while cooling.
