Chocolate Mint Cookies

1 ¾ sticks   
2 cups

2 t

2 cups
3/4 cup
1 t
1/2 t

1 cup
1 cup
butter (14 T)
sugar
eggs
vanilla

flour
coco
baking soda
salt

chocolate chips
mint chips

  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add rest of 1st set and beat well.
  • Combine 2nd set and blend into mixture.
  • Stir in chips.
  • Spoon onto ungreased sheets (#40 scoop).  Don’t use air-bakes.  We use aluminum sheets.
  • Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes for a soft cookie.  Cookies will puff while baking and flatten while cooling.
