Napa Cabbage
- Mix first set and set aside
- Quarter cabbage, remove core, cut or shred into strips or whatever shape you want
- Stir fry cabbage with vegetable oil in two batches and remove
- Cook green onion to your liking, then add garlic and ginger for 30 seconds or so
- Add sauce mixture and let thicken slightly
- Mix everything together and serve
- Would be good with a dash of hot sauce or pepper flakes in the mix. Also could probably cover the top with toasted sesame seeds or maybe even crushed peanuts
- Yield: 8 as a side dish
