Napa Cabbage

¼ cup

3 cloves
1 T
soy sauce
corn starch
rice vinegar
sesame oil

large napa cabbage
green onions
garlic
ginger

  • Mix first set and set aside
  • Quarter cabbage, remove core, cut or shred into strips or whatever shape you want
  • Stir fry cabbage with vegetable oil in two batches and remove
  • Cook green onion to your liking, then add garlic and ginger for 30 seconds or so
  • Add sauce mixture and let thicken slightly
  • Mix everything together and serve
  • Would be good with a dash of hot sauce or pepper flakes in the mix.  Also could probably cover the top with toasted sesame seeds or maybe even crushed peanuts
  • Yield:  8 as a side dish
