Welcome to Andy Rouse's recipe page.  This site is primarily intended to help me keep track of my recipes.  However, you are free to roam the site and try things out.  The master list on the home page constitutes the entire site, though you may prefer the categorized links in the navigation bar.  I don't photograph my food.  The photos included with the recipes are borrowed from other websites and are my best estimation of what the dish looks like.  This estimation works better in some cases than in others.
