Bourbon-Glazed Salmon

8 (6-ounce)

packed brown sugar
bourbon
soy sauce
lime juice
grated ginger
black pepper
crushed garlic

salmon fillets
sesame seeds (optional)
thinly sliced green onions (optional)

  • Mix first set in a large ziplock and add salmon fillets. Marinate for 30 minutes. When done with marinade, boil and reduce to ½ for sauce.
  • Preheat broiler and lightly oil a broiler pan. Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes when forked.
  • Garnish fish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  • Yield: 8 servings
