Bourbon-Glazed Salmon
- Mix first set in a large ziplock and add salmon fillets. Marinate for 30 minutes. When done with marinade, boil and reduce to ½ for sauce.
- Preheat broiler and lightly oil a broiler pan. Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes when forked.
- Garnish fish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Yield: 8 servings
