- Mix first set with your hands to form a dough
- Roll into 1-inch balls and chill on a wax paper or parchment lined cookie sheet
- Microwave 3/4 of the chocolate at 50% power until mostly melted, stirring a few times while you go.
- Stir in the rest of the chocolate and stir until melted, microwaving in 5 second increments if needed.
- Use a toothpick to stab and dip most of each ball in the chocolate and return to cookie sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator if necessary.
- Yield: 70 balls
