Cauliflower with Ginger
- Lightly fry cumin for a few seconds in oil. Add ginger and chile and fry a few more seconds. Add turmeric, salt, and cauliflower and toss briskly to coat. Add water and simmer until cauliflower is almost done
- Add coriander and turn up heat to lightly brown cauliflower and boil off excess water
- When done, add lemon juice and cilantro and serve
