Cauliflower with Ginger
- Lightly fry cumin for a few seconds in oil
- Add ginger and chile and fry a few more seconds
- Add rest of 1st set, toss to coat, and simmer, covered, until cauliflower is almost done
- Remove cover, add coriander, and turn up heat to boil off excess water
- When done, add lemon juice and cilantro and serve
- Yield: 4 servings
