Chocolate Syrup

¾ cup
1½ cup
1 T

¾ cup
1/8 t

2 t
water
sugar
light corn syrup

dutch-processed cocoa
salt

vanilla

  • Bring 1st set to a boil to dissolve
  • Whisk in 2nd set to dissolve
  • Reduce to slightly thicken - it will be much thicken when cold
  • Stir in vanilla and cool
  • Yield: 2.5 cups
