Corn Bread

2 cups

½ cup

flour
corn meal
baking powder
sugar
salt

eggs
milk
melted butter
creamed corn

  • Use a whisk to mix first set and second set separately and then combine gently
  • Poor mixture into a 9"x13" greased baking dish
  • Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes
  • Note: We like to sprinkle diced green chiles on one side of this so that half is normal and half has some kick
  • Yield: 15
