Cranberry Sauce

4 cups

whole cranberries
oranges
cinnamon sticks
sugar (or 2 ⅔ cups agave syrup)

  • Lightly chop ½ the cranberries in a food processor, leave the rest whole.
  • Zest and juice oranges
  • Simmer everything to your liking.  I cook this large batch 20 to 30 minutes until the whole cranberries start to burst.
  • Note:  Recipe is 1 12oz bag + 1 orange + 1 cup sugar + 1 stick.
  • Yield:  40 1/4 cup servings
