Hot Chocolate

1 gallon
1.5 cups
1.5 cups

1/8 to ¼ t

2% milk or whole milk
dutch processed coco
sugar
ceylon cinnamon
nutmeg
cayenne

• Bring milk to a boil and whisk in ingredients.
  
• Can pre-mix powder and add to microwaved single servings to taste (above is 3T per 1 cup milk)
  
• Notes:  I buy dutch processed coco from Penzeys Spices online but any high quality product will do.  Ceylon cinnamon is different from what you’ll fine in the grocery store.  It’s common in Mexican sweets.  I buy Ceylon cinnamon from Penzeys Spices but any high quality cinnamon will do.
