Pan-Roasted Maple Salmon

¼ cup
1 T
3/4 lbs
dry red or white wine
maple syrup
salmon fillet

  • Mix wine and syrup and set aside
  • Season fish with salt and pepper and pan fry over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on the top side
  • Flip, sear for 1 minute, add sauce, cover, cook until done
  • Thicken sauce with corn starch if desired
  • Yield: 2 servings
