Pan-Roasted Maple Salmon
- Mix wine and syrup and set aside
- Season fish with salt and pepper and pan fry over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on the top side
- Flip, sear for 1 minute, add sauce, cover, cook until done
- Thicken sauce with corn starch if desired
- Yield: 2 servings
