Red Chile Rice

butter
garlic
onion

basmati rice
water
roasted ground Mexican oregano
marjoram
roasted ground cumin
salt
medium hot molido chile powder (pure chile)
diced Mexican tomatoes

  • Saute garlic and onion in butter. Add the rest and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
