Teriyaki Sauce

¼ cup
1 cup
1 T
3 T
1 clove

1 T
¼ cup
soy sauce
water
ginger grated (or 1 t ground)
brown sugar
garlic minced

corn starch
water

  • Bring first set to a simmer
  • Mix second set and add to sauce
  • Sauce should thicken once it returns to a simmer
  • Notes:  You can get more fancy than this but this version is very easy and it’s tasty
